  As founder and CEO of Ruggiero Insurance Agency, LLC a subsidiary of Ruggiero Investments, Thomas A. Ruggiero has over 30 years of extensive knowledge and experience in the financial industry, which he puts to good use in service to our appreciative clients. Thomas has served in multiple roles and capacities, including senior executive positions within Fortune 500 companies.These companies include JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Citibank, and HSBC, where he provided recognizably brilliant leadership, direction, and mentorship to his peers and colleagues. Throughout his affiliations, his success has been attributable to his philosophy and core values, focused around transparency, integrity, honesty, and loyalty. Since he founded Ruggiero Investments, these principles have been the pillars of the company, created with the vision and values of a company truly devoted to “client-centricity.” Thomas Anthony Ruggiero has received numerous awards from some of the top Fortune 100 financial service companies for his business acumen and exceptional results. Responsible for a Fortune 500 bank investment program, including managing more than 1,100 financial advisors, Thomas led the company to increasing its market value to $4.52 billion in brokerage assets under management as well as raising net revenues to $72 million. Thomas continues implementing these same strategies at Ruggiero Investments and continues to be recognized and respected as a successful investment professional in the financial services industry. Mr. Ruggiero offers sound, reliable financial guidance that results in his clients attaining their financial goals. President and managing partner at Ruggiero Insurance Agency, LLC,   Thomas W. Ruggiero has taken the knowledge and business acumen he obtained through an extensive career in the aeronautical industry and turned them to good use in the financial services industry. Tom believes both knowledge and education are critical parts of the advisor-client relationship. He has learned the importance of developing a very clear understanding of the client’s needs and goals by establishing a solid, yet fluid plan of action in order to achieve them. This has allowed Mr. Ruggiero to help clients not only plan out retirement but be financially prepared for life’s unexpected events. Tom’s personal satisfaction comes from helping people protect the assets they have worked hard to accumulate over years of hard work. Mr. Ruggiero received a BA in Business Administration from the Metropolitan College of New York. Tom is a  Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist, CRPS®  and is currently in the process to attain the  CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation. Tom maintains multiple securities licenses within the financial industry that serve as an asset in helping his clients meet their needs and goals.

 Managing Partner of Ruggiero Insurance Agency, LLC, Christopher T. Ruggiero knows how to put in the hard work and dedication necessary for achieving goals. Chris has built a career of helping clients plan for the future by achieving their financial goals. With almost 20 years of experience in the financial service industry, he has worked in Fortune 500 Companies such as J.P. Morgan Chase, Capital One, and TD Ameritrade as well as the large independent broker dealers. Mr. Ruggiero has served in multiple roles, including regional supervisor, municipal bond principal, structured product principal, bank officer, and financial advisor. Throughout his career, he has made it his mission to ensure that his clients are always put first and that all the investment advice he promulgates is in the best interest of the client. When speaking about what is most important in meeting with clients concerning their financial plans, he emphasizes, “The planning phase is the most important time spent with a client. We need to not only understand the client’s financial profile, but also to understand their goals, needs, desires, and all details relevant from their personal life. When this is accomplished, we create a road map for success.” Christopher graduated from Empire State College, State University of New York with a Bachelor of Professional Studies, and he maintains multiple securities licenses within the financial industry.

 Administrator, Cathy Moir manages the operations behind the scenes. Cathy has worked in operations for the majority of her career in various roles and supporting the executives in the daily . She has expertise with human resources, administrative duties, processing, and has helped in mergers of organizations. She has managed administrative staff and client services, ensuring that all office procedures are efficient and effective, while clients receive excellent service. Responsibilities that Mrs. Moir has taken on include workflow management, handling client inquiries and correspondence, billing & collections, scheduling, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.
